Carers Personal Budget - Payment Issues

Good morning all,
I had my annual Carers Assessment a few month back.
I received the payment advice from the council, and when no payment was received I phoned my Carers Manager to chase up.
Turns out she wrote my account number incorrectly on the form, and she’s now having issues correcting it. No idea what these issues are.
I’ve been unable to reach the payment ledger directly my self to relying on the carers manager for “updates”.
Anyone know what my options are?

I'd suggest filing a complaint with the council and/or the care company. Somebody's messed up here, not just the initial error, but the lack of communication.
Also, consider getting your local MP involved if possible. If your MP gets on it, councils will usually fix this stuff quickly.
