Hi,
Transitional Protection is different for different people. That is based on whichever legacy benefits you were getting before migrating.
If you're getting New Style ESA alongside UC then most of your total payment will come through ESA. The UC deduction will be around £610 a month.
So if you're a single person over 25 then a very rough estimate would be around £400 a month through UC. (Plus whatever your LHA pays for Housing Element if you get housing costs.)

It's very hard to advise from the information given.
Without Transitional Protection I get £215 a month UC plus my housing costs.
I'm also on New Style ESA.
Do your statements give any clues as to why your payment reduced a few months ago?
Have a look at one before the change, look at one after, and see if you can spot the reason.
