Migration to UC from ESA, only been allowed £439

Hi I would like advice on my migration to uc from esa I am on the highest pip rate and my esa claim finished on 27th May 2025 I only received £243 from esa last week which is 1 weeks worth.ive been onto my uc journal several times and there not telling my why I've only been allowed £439 for June .as you can see no one can live on that amount I have a car to run due to my health which is my vehicle not motorbility .,and a lot of medicine that I have to get over the counter as nhs have stopped them I also need extra toiletry needs and requirements. I have checked the uc website and I should be getting a disability premium allowence bringing the weekly amount to to over 236 per week . No one will tell me why I'm not getting this can you please help me im not eating sleeping or unable to stop crying and throwing up please help me

When you apply for UC your ESA ends, apart from one final payment known as the run on payment.
Depending on where you were in the ESA payment cycle, the run on payment isn't always for the usual full amount.
You can request an advanced payment from UC, this is a loan and will be deducted from future UC payments until it is repaid.
