Son waiting 16 weeks and still no carers allowance decision

My son applied for carers allowance on 17th Feb 25. I have full pip and he cares full time. We still haven't heard anything from them and still no money. We ring once a week every week and all they say to us is we will email the back office and mark urgent. Is there anything else we can do please as getting a little desperate now. Many thanks 😊
