Backdated benefit cap

Hi does anybody know if they back date you the benefit cap when awarded lower capability? My first fit note was submitted on the 21st Feb no gaps had my assessment yesterday went really well I think and someone's told me they can backdated this but IV not seen anything about this many thanks

Hello @dd12dd
You mentioned on another discussion you have been awarded LCWRA. If this is correct and it is LCWRA (not LCW) then they should recalculate your award and remove the benefit cap for this period.
