Hi got a letter from Capita this morning for face to face assessment..I have a change in my circumstances..Should I be worried?? what advice can you give me..

Hi @Ann7, No need to worry, it's all part of the process. Some people are seen face to face, some are talked to over the phone and some just have an assessment on paper, it can vary quite a lot. Do you feel you'd be able to attend the appointment okay?
Try to give them as much detail as you can about how things affect you. Some people find carrying some notes with them can help.
