I'm 😴😴

Did my 5th volunteer shift today from 2pm-4pm on the welcome desk at my local hospital.
The was a lady with me until around 2pm, but she had to leave as she had a couple of things that she needed to do.
I ended up being on the welcome desk on my own for nearly an hour!
Then just before one of the volunteer coordinator appeared there was a mad rush of patients wanting to either know where a certain department or ward in the hospital was or to register a blue badge!
Rte volunteer coordinator who came to help me said that he was ringing the welcome desk phone, but nobody answered, so he came to the desk to check everything was ok and found me on my own.
He said next time I'm on my own to ring either his or the other volunteer coordinator and one of them will come and help.
I hope I never have to do it again as I was struggling a bit but once I'd checked the cheat sheet, which is a little booklet the one of the volunteer coordinators made to help us to find where this ward or that ward or the other department is as I was sure it was in the direction I thought it was in, but I wanted to double check before I told the person where it was.

That sounds tiring @BrianMcFaddenfan24, but well done for getting through it. Hope you get some time off to relax after doing all that on your own!
