Hi @s_andra I've found this might be helpful to understand if your daughter is eligible -Universal Credit and students - GOV.UK. It does make reference to the possibility of being able to claim during full time education if you're under 21 however there always seems to be a lot of individual impacting factors with education and claims, (which isn't helpful when you're looking to understand if you can claim).
You could contact the helpline directly to see if they're able to give some advice. Alternatively, you can reach out to Turn2Us or Citizens Advice for some advice.
I've added some additional "tags" which will hopefully help other members to see it and add their experience which might be helpful. Please do let us know how you get on.
Best wishes,

I find the helpline tell u so many different things it’s a joke but thankyou for the response it’s just so confusing and when I have no money coming in for her and 4 other kids still at home I can’t afford all the train fare bus fare and collage fees

Sorry @s_andra I've just re-read my initial comment and it's a bit contradictory about the Gov website! It can be very complex when it comes to education unfortunately.
Bless you, I can completely empathise with the concerns you have about this change. Citizens advice and Turn2Us have benefits advisors who might be able to look at your situation and provide some helpful support with the best route forward for your daughter going to college. Are you getting support for bus/train fares for your other children?

no my daughter has a ehcp in year 8 but I have to pay for her travel as I chose to send her to a school outside the catchment area and same for my other daughter who’s going up in September they both get dla so it costs me £549 every year and that will be 2 from September to buy so thank god I get dla for them as no way could I afford that
