I lodged an appeal for pip
I currently receive pip but my circumstances have changed due to a health decline
I had a call yesterday morning from the DWP asking me further questions saying it could be advantageous to me ect ect
Still no response to the tribunal from DWP
Then later that same day they responded to the tribunal and I'm being sent a letter
Does this mean the hearing will be going ahead without and offer ?
Or can they still call and make an offer
I only ask this as the way the lady was talking that was insinuated
Thankyou
