    Hi,

    The insurance company can refuse to insure people who are at high risk. And as Motability only use one insurer, you don't have the option to try any others. Having one car written off and another stolen within a short space of time could be classed as high risk.

    Only Motability can tell you whether they'll refuse another car or not.
