Universal credit calculations with tp

hi I am a bit confused and wondering if one of you lovely people can help me my parents migrated to uc back in April while that was all done and they receive exactly what they were getting before thanks to the tp i am now confused how it works from here as they have just been given a bungalow by their local housing association which is smaller than their 3 bed home which they don’t need anymore they decided to give it up for a family and not only that to help with their disability however the rent is exactly £10 a week more now they currently get all rent paid but there is an amount deducted for the extra 1 bedroom in their current home as they are entitled to 2 bed rate due to my dads disability so they get housing element for full rent at the moment then 1 bedroom which is 14% is deducted for the extra room but they won’t have that now so how is the rent worked out will it still affect their tp for the £10 a week rise even though they no longer have a 3 bed home I know this is long winded sorry but to shorten it for anyone I need to know will the current 14% plus the new £10 a week rise affect their transitional protection
