I manage my Autistic daughters money. She has received ESA for the past couple if years this being paid into her account fortnightly however the last two payments have not appeared which means she has no money to pay her rent for her supported living or contribute to the cost of bills and food I have tried to contact the DWP to no avail despite being on hold for two hours. I am not sure what else to do she is now in a desperate position

Hi @crowd10 I'm so sorry to hear this. And they've not communicated as to why they've stopped this. It's definitely DWP that you need to be speaking to but I've seen a lot of people having the same issues with trying to get them via telephone. I'd keep trying but perhaps also write a letter to them too if you're not getting through. Unfortunately they don't seem to have an email system.
