Can anyone help
Has anyone had similar experience as I'm so confused.
Mandatory Consideration decision not changed.
Recieved new evidence phoned and they told me to send it to them. Then received a letter saying decision unchanged but I MUST appeal.
Iv stated the appeal just wonder if anyone else has had similar experience and what was the outcome.
Thank you

Hi @bex1234 - & welcome to the community 😊
Unfortunately currently only just over 20% of Mandatory Reconsiderations have a favourable result. Most. like yours, remain unchanged.
I've not heard of anyone being told they must appeal, but am pleased you are doing so as with a tribunal the success rate is over 70%.

Hi @chiaried
Thank you for your response
Yes 1st letter said if you disagree with the decision you can appeal. The letter after the evidence said you MUST appeal in capital letters. I wondered if it was a standard thing or not very strange 🤔
