ESA to UC query

I migrated from ESA to UC 4 weeks ago. CAB helpline advised me to complete the health section on UC online form, which I did. Just read on a forum that this may trigger an assessment and I'm worried now.
Citizens advice helpline told me to fill it in & not sure why it would trigger anything as I also ticked the currently getting ESA box. I knew nothing about UC 4 weeks ago so went with advice from CAB. Anyone had issues after filling in health section when migrating to UC?
