Query

Good morning everyone,
I’ve just received the email with the tribunal hearing date which is great. However, I have a query. The review of my claim was just sent off last week. Should I also upload those documents to the appeal portal or just leave it with them being two separate things? I’m just very confused by it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ****

Hi @Lee56584 great news about the hearing date! I'm a bit confused (it doesn't take much) is the review for your PIP claim, the one that you're going to tribunal over?

So the appeal was lodged last June as they took my enhanced mobility off me. The review is for the same claim. I’m currently receiving standard daily living only. I hope that makes sense? So basically they are both for the same claim. The end date for the claim is January 2026 so the review is quite early ****

I would leave them as two separate things. The tribunal is for how you were back then. The review is for how you are now. Those might both be the same, but won't be for many people so not really relevant to tribunal.
