Hi @juan, welcome to the community.
It's a good idea to read through all the PIP descriptors so you can understand what they will be looking for:
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) descriptors, activities, and points | Advicenow
Try to add as much detail as you can about how your conditions affect your ability to carry out the activities in the descriptors. It can be really helpful to give real world examples if you can.
Citizen's Advice have some useful guides:
Check how to fill in your claim form - Citizens Advice
And Turn2Us have a PIP helper that you might find useful:
I'm sure our members might have some tips too, so I hope they'll say hello ☺️

Hi@Juan just be honest and direct. Often we try to be cute about how we manage and get through out daily lives because we feel embarrassed. If you struggle to do an activity say how you struggle and how you get through it. DWP does not care if you have 100001 conditions or 1 you have to be able to say openly and honestly how it affects you. As other members have said go through the descriptors step by step with real life examples. If you struggle to clean yourself say, the time for feeling embarrassed has passed (that's me speaking from experience). Good Luck
