I have just been awarded LCW by a tribunal hearing I'm aware LCW doesn't give me any extra money but I have a higher 'work allowance' will I receive any backpay in relation to this not being applied in the time it has taken from my original application?

Hi @Bobbin77, as far as I'm aware you wouldn't be able to get back pay for the work allowance. But it's not something I've come across a lot so I'm afraid I can't say for certain.
You could try speaking to a benefits adviser to see if they can help clarify things for you. Turn2Us have a directory to search for some local help:
Hope you can get some clarity soon.
