Pip change & review form

I have to fill in a form about changes. I have received enhanced daily living for over 2 yrs & at the time didn’t have any diagnosis for my physical conditions I now have fibromyalgia, oesteoarthritus & various nerve inpingements. Q1 do I write on the daily living no change as not to upset the apple cart or on some questions note the deterioration on these things. Q2 how’s best to answer the mobility . I literally don’t have flare ups anymore it’s all the time if I’ve ever done a walk it has layed me up in bed for 2 days with fatigue & excruciating pain in my legs n hips, it takes me forever to walk & realistically I don’t walk more than the 50m. Q3. Side effects of all my new meds make me further wobbly spaced out disorientation etc effecting mobility & multiple daily living. Can I write these on the form. Any help gratefully received, I have no quality of life recently taking an attempt on it. If I was to lose this I would be upset. I’ve got OT coming to see what aids appliances can help & also a letter into the local housing about a suitable home from private. Thankyou

Please do not write 'no change'
Go into as much detail as you possibly can because its getting much harder to claim
I sent my claim in recently and I did four pages of extra typed up evidence because there wasn't enough room on the form.

Hi @traceypeacock, as luvpink mentions, it's often best to go into as much detail as you can and treat it as if it were a new claim. Especially as it sounds like your conditions have worsened and you're not able to undertake the same activities as you used to.
You can write how your side effects affect you too, it's all part of your conditions and how they affect you day to day.
Good luck filling in your form, I hope the process all goes smoothly for you.

I've just had my pip review assessment over the phone on Monday and I'm worried that the 4 point rule is already being applied to review claimants.
I've seen it on a few websites that people having their claims reviewed will have these rules applied to them so I'm terrified and confused.
I did actually score 4 points in daily living when I first applied for pip and again in 2020 . My review was due last year but due to back logs I've only just had mine .
Needless to say all this worry is making my conditions worse

Hi @1981, it's a really worrying time, I'm so sorry you're feeling the strain of it all. There's a lot of misleading information out there and that can just add to the stress.
The 4 point rule is not being applied to claims at the moment, it's not due to come in until 2026 as the bill proposing the change has to make it's way through parliament first. Reviews taking place until then will be done under the existing rules.
I hope your review goes through okay and you get a positive result from it.
