UC Work Capability Assessment process

Hello all, I'm new to the community and would like to ask some questions regarding the UC Work Capability Assessment process.
- Is the Work Capability Assessment still conducted over the phone or in person now?
- How often do you have a WCA after the first one? Is it reviewed annually or every couple of years?
- Additionally, when you have a periodical review of health conditions, do you know what form gets sent out - is it different to the UC50 form, what is it called?
- After my WCA over the phone in July 2021, I had a follow up phone call about 2 months later to review the Health Assessors Report. I was informed that I scored 6 points but needed 15 to qualify for Limited Capability for Work. I need to know what was written on the report that helped me score the extra points, so I know for my own sanity and can refer to it when I have a review of my current health conditions. How do I go about requesting a copy of that report - what I'm after is the reviewed copy of the health assessors report not the original?
- Do you know if they still conduct these follow up review phone calls โ I suppose, as above if you donโt score enough points?
Thanks

Hi there @apollo and a warm welcome to the community. ๐
WCAs can be done on the phone or in person as far as I know now. If you're found LCW or LCWRA, then it will state on your letter when your next assessment should be, but they can trigger at any time. If you want a copy of your assessment report, then just call the DWP and ask for it. I hope that helps a bit.
