Hi to all

I went on Thursday to the Exercise class in Clowne I was their at 12.30 with my Scooter I went to buy food and a drink before my class their was another man their with a bigger road scooter than mine I was deciding what to choose for my lunch I was talking to the lady who was serving and didn't realise the guy with the bigger scooter had backed into my scooter I ate my lunch and went to my class.
And went home afterwards I then noticed I had blue paint on my Red Scooter looked Further and their was a massive cracking on the front of my scooter.
So I phoned where I got it from and they came out this morning to order a spare foot rest 🙃 and will be fitted in a weeks time.
So when I go tommorow afternoon
I am going to see if the same man is there and tell him what happened.
I don't like it when things R broken especially when it was not my fault.

Make sure you take photos.
He'll have known full well that he hit your scooter. He chose not to own up and say anything. Just be prepared for him to act hostile (not saying 100% he will, but be prepared).
Are there CCTV cameras there? Could be worth asking if the footage was caught on camera.

Sorry this happened to you. I hope that you get the matter resolved amicably. It might be that the person who caused the damage was feeling "too embarrassed" to own up to it. However, that does not really excuse not making the effort to say something at the time.
