i think with pip, the new 4 point rule will only apply to new claimants after Nov 2027. And Current claimants stay on the same pathway even if their review is after nov 27. Thats my understanding of it anyway.

If you are waiting to go to tribunal and are successful will this be classed as an ongoing existing claim or a new claim??
