Concession

As I understand it Existing Claimants are to be reviewed under Current Rules, Even after Nov 2026 their Awards will Not be subject to the 4point rule on Review?
Otherwise what's the Concession.
Only New claimants are to be assessed under New rules?
(PLEASE) Only those that know for a Fact. Much appreciated

I don't think we will know anything 'for a fact', not until the bill has progressed through all stages.

The new proposal is as you said, still to be agreed with the rebels, and not yet passed into law.

@Albus_Scope has already had to close several (9) discussions today and wants people to stick to the official thread rather than starting new discussions. It's easier if it's all in one place.

Hi bella, yes I read that the discussions had been closed but it seemed rather abruptly. At this point ideas, worries and comments need to flow, just my opinion. I guess housekeeping was needed but still it has caused some issues with comments that were really pertinent
now being hard to find and respond to 😊
