Change of mobile number

I have changed my mobile number ,would this trigger esa to uc . I am fearful of letting them know. Pip is OK to do this ,I hope

Hello @Andi66.

No, changing your phone number with ESA won't trigger your migration to UC. It's important you update them with your details so they are able to contact you when needed.

Thanks, yeah I have now, waiting an hour and a half for esa. You would think they would have a easier way ,just to change details
