Migrating from esa

Hi I’m Angie . I am on ESA but I am currently migrating to universal credit which is a joint claim for myself and my husband.I am in the wrag and I have chronic daily migraines that vary in levels of pain and also have many triggers mainly being smells, chemical and perfume odours and cleaning products being some of them. Also environmental conditions like artificial lighting or fleuroscent lighting and the weather conditions which are worse when the humidity is high and if it’s windy. It’s a type of migraine called Hemicrania continua.I have received a message on my to do list on my universal asking me to go to the job centre for a commitments review.Do I need to attend or can I ask for a telephone appointment as I rarely go out due to the severity of my migraines so I am stressing about what if I feel too I’ll to go in the job centre.
Thanks for reading. Angie

Hi @Wilsontheparrot25, if you contact them to explain your health difficulties they may be able to offer you a telephone appointment instead. You could try popping a message on your journal and see what they can do.
Hope you're able to get it changed!
