Hi @KatieOscar93
Your first LCWRA payment should be included in your UC payment 3 full assessment periods after you provided the first fit note so the payment will be backdated to the start of the fourth full assessment period after you submitted your fit note😊1 -
Hi,
I can't tell whether all of those fit notes were consecutive without the end dates so I'll assume they were without any gaps. 🙂
Jan/Feb - Fit note provided
Feb/Mar - 1st wait period
Mar/Apr - 2nd wait period
Apr/May - 3rd wait period
May/June - LCWRA applied
June 15th - First payment (Missed)
July 15th - Second payment should be included
So there should be 1 month of LCWRA backpay to be paid separately.

Hi thankyou both for the information ☺️ and helping me understand this.
My fit notes wasn't consecutive I had to provide a fit note on the 13th - 13th of every month xx

Ok, it's really important that all the fit notes were consecutive. If there were any gaps between fit notes, then the final gap is where we would have to start the 3 month waiting period from.
