Can anyone help me with this

Hi @nickh I don't think you need to be worried as it is a long term award. We'll hopefully know more of the intentions when this review has been completed, or before but for now, what was being proposed to happen in Autumn 2026 has been parked.

What will I still get my review then or will they move it to a later date

Hi @nickh - you will receive this form to complete if it's a 'light touch' review:
As with the proposed Bill the section about PIP has now been removed, we're back to things being as they are currently. The 3rd reading of the Bill is on 9 July, but this no longer has any content about PIP.
We won't know more about any proposed changes to PIP until after Stephen Timms review. Whether that might be earlier than Autumn 2026, or not, we can't be absolutely sure about.

There is a backlog too, so don't be worrying if you don't hear from the DWP. If it gets very near your review date, they normally extend your award for another year.
