ESA & PIP - Part time education

Hi there
I am on income based ESA and high rate PIP, I have carers mon to Friday in the morning and then thats me pretty much me on my own.
I would like to do a college course, Part time but Im scared they will say if you can go to college then why not get a job?
Is that a fair assumption?
Any thoughts would be appreciated

I suppose that would depend on the course. Sociology or computing are desk based, but perhaps you would want to avoid any of the construction or animal care courses, which are hands on.

my support is for servers mental health issues not purely mobility.

I just looked up my local college, and it seems part time study is permissible. I still say that as long as what you choose to study doesn't contradict your benefit claim then why not apply for a part time course?
