UC letter really confused and panicking need help

Hi , I'll attach a photo of letter.
So mum got a letter on her journal to download and we don't understand it says she's been overpaid UC because she got ESA which I get that but it says they will recover the amount but what were worried about is does this mean she will have to payback ESA and UC ? As she was overpaid ESA by £646.28? And her second ESA overpayment was on the 27th of June yet there dates are up to the 18th June and the £369 amount is not even what 1 ESA overpayment was it's was £323.14 so confused?
So we're very confused? Still nothing on her getting LCWRA either would she be getting this soon because she's still owed that from her June statement as there's no new statement on her payments either like the letters says.

Hey , it looks like they'll be deducting the £369 in small lumps over several months, they'll give you a full rundown next month, so please try not to worry too much, they often only take a few pounds at a time.
As for LCWRA, that usually starts on the 4th payment cycle, so it may just be a case of waiting for that to kick in.

I was told on here that LCWRA was from mums first payment from the start of mum's claim because she moved from ESA Monday said it doesn't happen till month 4 @Kimi87 was one of a few who told me this.
So that doesn't make sense. And my question was more will mum have to pay both ESA overpayment and now UC or just UC?

The amount will be deducted from her next Universal Credit payment(s).
The new statement should be available, you need to click the statement date, this should make a menu appear with two different versions of that statement.
I say should because some accounts have a BETA version being trialled so the advice might not be current.
She won't be worse off financially because she's already received the money from ESA.
Going by the dates it could be they are only up to calculating the first overpayment and another letter may appear for the second.
Hopefully they sort out the LCWRA element soon too.

Thanks @Kimi87 so she is entitled to LCWRA from month 1 she's doesn't have to wait till month 4?
Yes hers says BETA at the top I'll try again though just incase.
So UC is recovering the overpayments so she won't have to pay ESA and UC it'll just be UC that she pays back when they catch up to the second overpayment?
And why is the amount more than one ESA overpayment?

Since I didn't get a reply to my above message I'm assuming that she doesn't pay back both UC and ESA and she's entitled from month 1 for LCWRA. I'm sorry if I bothered you and that's why you didn't reply sometimes I just need double confirmation of things because of my autism. Sorry for bothering everyone.
I won't post again unless it's an emergency

Hello @sunflower2
You're not bothering anyone at all, please feel free to post as much as you need. It's completely understandable to want reassurance.
I think @Albus_Scope may have missed the part about transitioning from ESA. Under normal circumstances, LCWRA is payable from the fourth month. However, as your mum is moving from the ESA Support Group, she should be entitled to LCWRA from her first Universal Credit payment.
Have you checked whether anything has changed on her previous statements? It should be listed in the 'deductions' section. It might also be worth reminding them that your mum was in the Support Group and should have received LCWRA from the start of her UC claim.

I checked again but statement is the same but it's the new BETA system so I think it won't show like Kimi said. Her statement just reads the same.
I have sent another message for her to see if if they have head back yet from ESA about her being in the support group but not heard back yet.
I know sometimes I can be annoying asking the same question a few times and might appear dumb but I'm the opposite it's just being autistic I always need double confirmation at times on things so I know I have understood correctly.

You absolutely don’t come across that way, asking for confirmation is fine, and honestly, lots of us (myself included) appreciate reassurance too.
It’s totally okay to ask the same question more than once if that helps you feel confident and clear. No need to apologise for that.

I post on Scope voluntarily in between my own life challenges (which have been particularly intense recently).
I have tagging turned off so I don't get alerts.
So if I don't reply it may be that I feel I have given all the help I can, or I just haven't seen a post 🙂 Not because I think someone is bothering me.
