i need help understanding if i’m in a abusive relationship because he breaks up with me over me saying that i want to make new friends and i struggle with that because i have autism and i don’t really know what to do or go from here. i’ve been with him for five years and he says my actions are to blame for every fight we have

    It'd be difficult for us to say a firm yes or no I'm afraid, but if they don't want you making new friends and are blaming your actions for all the problems, I'd say they could be some major red flags.

    I'd recommend speaking to the lovely folk at WomensAid or Victim Support. There's definitely help available for you, so please don't be scared of taking any next steps. We're here for support if you need us. ❤️
