We are being ruled by a government who enjoy ruling by fear everyday they put more shocking articles to cause destruction to our minds and life's here's a mantra I am really going to try hard to implement into my life something has to give and it can't be my mind and taking me places for these elites

I purposely try not to read news and stuff because it's full of anxiety triggers.

That's a great mantra that I might steal. I do like a good mantra.

I use an app called finch to help me achieve my daily goals and it has a lovely sos section with breathing exercises and positive affirmations that I can say to help ground me and get me back on track….I also get a little pet birdie that I can kit out my achieving my goals in app XD

Nice mantra there @Catherine21 I find them really useful for focus, it stops me getting too overwhelmed. But I use something a bit different.

Because I am a big nerd, I use "The Bene Gesserit Litany Against Fear," from Frank Herbert's Dune. It's used by the Bene Gesserit order to confront and overcome fear.

    The litany is;

    "I must not fear.

    Fear is the mind-killer.

Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.

    I will face my fear.

I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.

    Only I will remain."

Finch is really good isnt it @Jacsta ? I do like being able to dress my bird as a reward for getting things done each day. 😁

@Albus_Scope Yea I love it. Can help me think of all the goals including the self care ones, and i have to log in everyday so I don't lose my 50 something day streak.

I am not religious, but I have a kirtan, I think i am using the correct term, that i watch from time to time.

The devotees certainly seem to enjoy it!

No problem at all @Leelitsa I'm glad it's struck a chord with you. It really did with me too and has got me out of many bad situations when my PTSD or anxiety has flared up when outside. 😊

    (amazing movies too)

I need hope and of course so many others do! Reading these mantra’s and other similar stuff like that gives me hope as been living with uncertainty for quite a while now and can take you to some dark places! It also can takes ages to climb back up from that dark hole!! We all need something to give us a little hope and strength. Thank you Albus and everyone on Scope. God bless. 🙏❤️
