Had my work capability assessment phone call

I had my work capability assessment phone call today and it lasted 45 minutes . Is that long . I worried because all the post you read say they had a 20 - 25 minute call. The lady on the phone let me take my time but I'm worried I sounded like I was OK. I did cry twice and have to go to the toilet halfway through.

I wouldn't worry about the length of the assessment as these vary a lot and it may be that the lady was just being thorough. A few months ago I went with someone to a face to face assessment and that lasted 50 minutes and they were awarded LCWRA.
