Hi, my name is Caroline5279! Motobility unlawfully car impounded and account terminated.

I've had my mobility car taken by police as they thought it was used in a crime but it's been proven it wasn't used in any crime and no further action taken but we notified the mobility just to let them no it was in compound but they said because its been in a police compound it automaticly breach of agreement and because the police haven't got back to them which is no fault of mine they said they will have to terminate my agreement untill the police contact them what can I do

Oh no @Caroline5279 that's horrible news, I'm so sorry!
You need to keep on at the police and ask for an eta for the cars release. If you have anything in writing regarding the situation, it'd be worth offering to send it onto Motobility to show it's not your fault. Another person to speak to would be your MP, they can be very good at getting things done quickly. 😊0
