yeh i get that when them envelopes turn up it fills us full of dread. Some of them are nice when we think they're going to be strict.
I'm terrible when anything bad, my anxiety & depression is through the roof i forgot what it's like to smile.

@Catherine21 yes I think I'm same and I got so you will, you get a a few months to get it done. Look at the dummy form @Kimi87 posted a few pages back to prepare. Keep on at them.

I haven't done it yet i can't get round to reading all the stuff it just goes in one ear out of other… Always keep putting things off like everything in life and when i do it usually goes wrong
