Hi completing a review form can be hard as your husband health condition may have stayed the same or changed.
You said you have the old form it may help to look if anything has changed or if it remains the same if they have change give a description of what has become more difficult or if remain the same you can describe what you said before good luck l hope you get it done soon2 -
Treat it as a new claim and fill out the new form like you did the original, don't say no change. Explaining what your husband struggles with per descriptor. Actual examples are good, like the last time he tried to do that task and what happened. If doing things are harder for him say so too.

thank you everyone, I did actually abandon the original as it wasn’t helpful. We did his review completely differently to the first one as things had changed and conditions had actually got worse which sometimes, unless you analyse what’s going in, we slip into normalising adapted behaviour and not appreciating how much worse he actually is than he was …

I think it's Nov this year they change the points scoring on forms but I may be wrong so don't take my word for it. But I am sure it's for new applicants only.

There aren't any changes coming in to the PIP scoring system this year.
There's a government review taking place that may bring forward some changes later on, but this isn't expected to finish until Autumn of 2026 so nothing will be coming in quickly. We should hear more around that time 🙂
