Migration

I started my migration transitional protection on 18/3/25 with support of social worker assessment need this with calls . Uc kept sending apts to attend job centre, but I'm house bound and unable to leave flat or access outside world without aid of support worker and staff in cmht. Thet closed case after my cmht kept ring saying need home visit.
We had to start a new claim. Dwp rep did home visit and cpn passed my evidence needed on my behalf. Because cmht have supported me with every call and my cpn phone number is documented as my direct number of contact and dwp aware. They have reviewed case and applying tp and honoring migration protection due to this . Due to evidence and documented calls and contact being done by medical and cmht.
They Want me to send bank statement from 1/4/25 -2/5/25 specific dates. So they can see what was paid in to clarify and make sure payment entitlement is honorred and correcti have had to call my bank with support to send a statement out . I was on sdp esa support group and have fully enhanced pip until 2029
I received the letter request of statement on Saturday morning just gone. Will I be OK to send next week as I'm waiting for bank statement in post .
Can my support worker drop it into council or am I better to do by post next day delivery.
I know I'm lucky

Hi @charlie79, I'm really glad to hear people are supporting you through your migration. Hope you're coping okay!
Did they give you a date for when you needed to get your bank statements in? As it only came through on Saturday, they should understand that you won't be able to send it all immediately.
It may be best to post it and get proof of postage just in case, then you know it's been sent to the right department ☺️
