Hi @bat - & welcome to the forum. You can make a new appeal without needing to do another MR, but the tribunal will still look at everything, tho they will warn you if they think they'd lower your award, often on the day or your tribunal, so you'd then likely not proceed & your current award would remain the same.

Please consider would perhaps this one descriptor (whether possible to get points, or increase points for it) increase your current award, tho a DWP offer is often less than they think you'd get with a tribunal, for a shorter period of time, or both. You can appeal purely on the length of your award stressing you're otherwise happy with your award, but that's the only instance where they will just look at that (the length of award) & nothing else.

Thankyou but can you not just scope it to one part.

No. The whole decision will be looked at again. If they cannot trust the decision to be accurate for one descriptor then they cannot trust it for any of them.

The exception to this is if you are are challenging the length of the award, rather than the number of points.

hi no i am appealing just the planning and following a journey part and a longer award and because i have scoped it just to that it clearly states i am happy with all other descriptors and that this one has not been addressed properly as i was awarded this at a tribunal 4years ago and nothing has changed i know they can relook at everything but if you define they are less likely to go outside of this correct please let me no if i am wrong thankyou
