Hi, my name is Simplybe! Invited for second WCA, worried they will overturn the first decision

Hi,
I completed a work capacity assessment several weeks ago and shortly after awarded LCWWRA. The assessment was done on the phone without the paperwork as it hadn't arrived yet. A week later they have sent me a message to attended another WCA. As you can imagine this has completely thrown me and causing me distress. I contacted the the WCA and was adivided you have another appointment apparently because the UC have a few more questions to ask. I am now worried they will overturn their decision! Can anyone help Please ?

Hi @Simplybe, I'm sorry you're facing this after getting through one WCA already, it sounds really stressful.
I'm afraid I can't say anything for certain, but hopefully having been through the first WCA and found LCWRA will go in your favour. As the second one is taking place after they've seen your forms as evidence, they may just need to tick particular boxes and confirm things before they can complete your assessment fully.
I'm sure some of our members will have some experiences and advice to share too.
I hope it all goes okay and you get the result you're looking for 💛
