Thanks Holly, I've weirdly always been a bit fascinated by pies, especially regional variations and international. 2 to look out for are the Stargazy (Cornish) with pilchard's heads and tails sticking out and the Bedfordshire Clanger (I call it the lazy pie) savoury at one end and sweet at the other), saves on plates I suppose ๐๐ .
