I’m currently working on a memoir about recovery and transformation after a spinal injury, and I’m building a coaching initiative to help others through major life changes.

That memoir sounds really interesting,, how long have you been writing it for? If you need help with anything, please just ask away and we'll all do our best to support you.

Thanks so much for the warm welcome, Albus!

I started writing the memoir seriously a few months ago, though parts of the story have lived in my head for years. It’s been quite a journey — both emotionally and creatively — but it’s helped me make sense of everything that’s happened since the accident.

I’ll definitely check out the Coffee Lounge and Games Den — sounds like a great way to take a breather between chapters!
