I'm entitled to the disability car tax and my stepdad claims it but he's not using it for me as he's supposed to is there a way to have it revoked also he's done it fraudulently he went to the post office without the paper work and the way he put it is that they turned a blind eye please help

You can make a complaint to the Post Office

Hi @phili and welcome! That's awful, sorry to read this. I think the best first step is to contact Motability to discuss the situation, and request cancellation.
