Hi I want to know will it effect my UC if my 18 year son moves back in with me. I get single claim and a top up for health issues

As he is 18 then no it won't impact your UC award. You do still need to let them know when he moves in.
If you currently live alone your single person council tax discount will end, and if you receive Council Tax Reduction this might be reduced.
