Reopen claim

So I closed my UC 3 weeks ago whilst under a review as mr landlord wanted the house back and I thought I’d be fine, yesterday he told me that I could now stay in the house if I wanted to continue with the tenancy as his plans changed. Would this be possible to reopen my claim? I don’t want it to look weird etc the last message was confirming my review is finished and my claim was now closed.
