Hi I've got servea chronic rumertised arthritis and I cannot use my right thumb and I need a day carer but I'm living in shared accommodation and cannot get any help from adults social services and I need a place of my own but can't get anywhere to live can anyone help me out with anything iam from Birmingham England uk
