moved into a bungalow with my family nearly 2 years a go had to sell my house to move into a council bungalow had to live of my savings for 2 years due to to much savings and now there nearly gone im just got back onto UC after a 5 month battle so now im left with no savings and living off benefits again .
ive worked all my life until 2015 (removed by moderator due to uncivil content) and im having to fight for every penny
my health is getting worse and my mental health is suffering once again
all i want is a normal life with family and be able to do normal things but my health says otherwise.

Your situation is not refugees fault! They DON'T get everything either,that's a lie spread by ignorant bigots.
I am sorry that you are feeling so low, try and get some fresh air and remember that there's always someone worse off than yourself.

The question would have better been posed two years ago when you had the capital, but you are where you are. It sounds like before your move from 2015 to c.2023 you were probably on UC. After your move you got used to spending as you had quite a lot of capital, unfortunately now you have to revert to your spending patterns which you had previously when you previously on UC. Hopefully you spent the house move generated monies on some high capital items that you needed and are going to last. I would suggest whatever small amount of capital you have left, try and treat this as your 'zero point' so you have something for absolute emergencies.
On the UC, as you probably know you are allowed £6k savings without it affecting this (and sliding scale of reductions beteeen £6k to £16k savings) and you say you had a battle for 5 months getting it, so you should be paid this from when you first applied, so it should have been backdated.
