Has anyone tried grounding mat? Thinking of getting one but scares me don't know why really trying to get in touch with my inner soul to be grounded and less fearful starting with mantras as my brain so active every second so doing mantras I am in the here and now and everything is good shoes off on grass I spoke to my psychiatrist today so much better than last time she has adhd and she said I definitely have it do you think people with adhd autism are psychic that we see the world for what it really is? I'm really looking into forgiving myself and being kind to myself and nature I cannot sustain the anxiety and fear in my world any more I'm encouraging myself to lose fear of government dwp they will not be renting so much space in my brain we as people are strong we showed that we stuck together everyone keep grounded in the present moment we can not see the future or control it have your own back at all times and thankyou to everyone who supported me when I first joined this group god I was on my knees ❤️

I've not used one as personally, they strike me as modern snake oil. If you can go and stand on the grass for five mins, I'd just do that instead. 😉 Though if something helps you mentally, then I see no problem in using it, as long as it's not causing anyone any harm. 😊

It's great you've given the psychiatrist another go, it can be really useful to chat to someone in the know, to help explain things more and help you feel less alone. 😁

I'm glad it's becoming useful for you, you've come on leaps and bounds on the community and I for one am dead proud of you for becoming the change you want to see. 😁

I've always said if you leave therapy in tears, it means you've made progress. 😉
