ive been disabled for a year many problems.

ive started to get frustrated as i have arthritis in my hands and get sexual frustrated as i cant please myself.

is there any help i can get?

please let me know charity's carers etc

Hi @recentlydisabled I'm afraid I don't know a huge amount on the subjecty, but I've previously been told Disability Horizons are worth speaking to, as well as The Outsiders.
