in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA

if I move in with my sister who works full time doesn’t claim any benefits.does this affect my universal credit Lcwrca and pips

    I think it may affect your Universal Credit but I know for sure it will not affect your PIP.

    But years ago when I worked, I lived with my mum and me working never affected her benefits, but I was only part time, you should contact the DWP on your Universal Credit online for answers before you move in.

    If your sister works this won't affect your Universal Credit. You aren't a couple so her earnings won't affect your UC.

    Although you would live together UC would consider you separate households in terms of benefits.

    You would still receive UC Standard Allowance, LCWRA.

    Housing Element would depend on if you would be a joint tenant with your sister, named as joint tenant on her tenancy.

    If you don't have a legal liability for rent you won't receive HE.

    If your sister doesn't rent you won't receive HE.

    PIP is unaffected.
