I was a getting ESA and had a underlying benefit for carers allowance which I didn't receive payment for as esa cancels it out
my esa has now stopped will my carers re start automatically? I have rang up and done a change of circumstances and let them know but they couldn't tell me when I will receive payment

Hi @livxdolly it sounds like you've got the ball rolling if you've advised DWP and completed a change of circumstances form. Did you specify the need for this within?

Ahh, ok I see. Well, hopefully you hear back soon and they can backdate if it did take some time. I hope you're receiving some support in the meantime.
