Friend with Cerebral Palsy requires home visit for migration - how to arrange?

I have a friend who has several health issues (cerebral palsy, Bipolar and OCD) and does not have access to a computer. She has speech issues due to the cerebral palsy so it would be a struggle for people to understand her on the phone. She really requires a home visit but we're not sure how to arrange that. Does she just ring the number on her migration letter?
Also, if she has a home visit, do they just fill in the form for her there and then, online? Or a different way?

Hi @Venetia. Yes, the process is to call universal credit using the number of the benefits you're claiming for and they'll then arrange for someone to contact you to discuss the potential of this. I've found this page which might be helpful in what the process is - Support visits if you need help to claim benefits - GOV.UK

Thanks, Holly_Scope, that's appreciated. I'll pass on the info to her and will look at the link.
