LCWRA Award

I was awarded LCWRA today. Other than a notification in my journal I didn’t really receive much information. I sent my first fit note in on May 9th and uploaded my current one today before I got notified of the award. My assessment period is from 27th July - 26th August. Can anybody advise on what happens next please? Thank you.

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes? It's the date they are given to UC that counts, not the start date written on them.
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA themselves?
Do you have any Transitional Protection on your claim?

Hi, no there were no gaps. I don’t claim with a partner it’s a single persons claim and there is no transitional protection on my claim

My estimate of your waiting period would be:
April/May: Partial Assessment Period, not included for waiting period
May/June: AP 1
June/July: AP 2
July/August: AP 3
August/September: Eligible for LCWRA element
October: First LCWRA element paid.

Thank you, this is what I was thinking too based on what I had read online but I wasn’t 100%. I guess I’ll wait for another update from UC as they didn’t respond to my journal post today. Thank you so much!
